Welcome to TwinFlame ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TwinFlame mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

A. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content and information that you post, upload, publish, link to, transmit, record, display or otherwise make available (hereinafter, "post") on the Service or the TwinFlame App or transmit to other Members, including emails, videos (including streaming videos or broadcasts), photographs, voice notes, recordings or profile text, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted (collectively, "Content").
You may not post on the TwinFlame App or as part of the Service, or transmit to the Company, any offensive, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, intimidating, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another person's rights (including intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).
You represent and warrant that all information that you submit upon registration is accurate and truthful and that you will promptly update any information provided by you that subsequently becomes inaccurate, misleading or false.
B. Content Monitoring and Removal
You understand and agree that the Company may, but is not obligated to, monitor or review any Content you post on the TwinFlame App or as part of a Service. The Company may delete any Content, in whole or in part, that in the sole judgment of the Company violates this Agreement or may harm the reputation of, or otherwise damage, or create potential liability for, the TwinFlame App, the Service, other Members, any third-parties or the Company.
The Company may restrict the number of messages which a Member may send to other Members in any 24-hour period to a number which the Company deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
C. License to Use Your Content
By posting Content on the TwinFlame App or as part of the Service, you automatically grant to the Company, its affiliates, licensees and successors, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid-up, worldwide right and license to:

Users may create events through the Service. Some events may require payment. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events created by users. You attend events at your own risk.
Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service uses location data to help you discover nearby users and events. By using location-based features, you consent to our collection and use of your location data. You can disable location services through your device settings, but this may limit certain features of the Service.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. "TwinFlame" and our logos are trademarks owned by us.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, products, or services available from such third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TwinFlame, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of or access to the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at info@twinflame.social. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the Service settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity, create risk or legal exposure for us, or fail to pay any fees owed to us.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, change, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service, or impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Service. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
If you download our mobile application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you agree to comply with the applicable app store terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring your mobile device meets the minimum requirements to use the Service. We may update the mobile application from time to time, and updates may be mandatory.
If you become aware of any violation of these Terms, please report it to us immediately at info@twinflame.social. We take violations seriously and will investigate all reports.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
